After being spotted with what appears to be an engagement ring, folks are wondering if Heather Locklear is planning on tying the knot with beau, Jack Wagner. Making the rumors even more likely is the fact that Locklear keeps slipping the dang thing off when she knows she’s being photographed.

Arriving in LA on June 10^th with Wagner, Locklear had the ring on. But only two nights later at a red carpet event, she was without the ring.

Then, on June 14^th, she was caught with the ring on while lunching with Wagner and her daughter Ava. But an observer says that as soon as Locklear realized she was being photographed, she slipped the ring off.

But a friend of the couple says that the two aren’t engaged. “She’s in it for the long haul with Jack. Their friends know their future is together. But they’re not officially engaged.”
