It’s official folks!  Bruce Willis and girlfriend Emma Heming have legalized they marriage.

Willis’ rep, Paul Bloch, tells People.com that the two were legally married in a ceremony at a friend’s house in Beverly Hills on Friday.  The American civil ceremony follows last week ends bigger ‘do in the Caribbean.

According to Bloch, “They could not be happier.”  

Actor Bruce Willis married girlfriend Emma Heming on Saturday. The two had a romantic wedding on Parrot Cay on the Turks and Caicos Islands in the Caribbean where Willis owns a house.

The event is rumored to have been well attended by Madonna and also Willis’ ex Demi, and their children. Demi’s hubby Ashon Kutcher was also there.

The Bruce and Emma had been dating for about a year and according to Willis’ rep, the two will have a civil ceremony in California once they return.
